So as the pointy end of the year comes around, it’s a great time for loyalty program managers to consider how they can get their members to utilise their points for a greater purpose.

For those planning to build a program, consider ‘Points for Purpose’ as part of the program structure.

Interestingly ‘for love or money 2016’ highlights that Millennials have even a greater desire to engage with programs that have a ‘Points for Purpose’ strategy.

It has benefits for business, for members and for the beneficiaries.

Have a happy loyalty day and give a point or twenty thousand this year!
